Virginia Beach will receive close to $15.5 million in federal money that it will use for road projects on Laskin Road and Nimmo Parkway, as well as upgrades to law enforcement and emergency operations center facilities.

September: Public hearing on the Nimmo Parkway extension
The city is hosting a public hearing regarding the Nimmo Parkway extension that cuts through Lago Mar (they’re calling this “Nimmo Phase 7B”) on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM at Three Oaks Elementary School.
Nimmo 7B is the 1.6 mile section from Albuquerque Drive to the realty companies on Sandbridge Road. Click here for more information.
