Lago Mar North @ Back Bay Golf Cart Provision
Rob Seitzinger is looking for Street Captains to assist in gathering signatures for a petition to submit to the city of Virginia Beach to allow Golf Carts North of Nimmo Parkway in the new section of Lago Mar. Due to the forthcoming extension of Nimmo Parkway, Lago Mar North @ Back Bay will require a separate provision from the already established Golf Cart provision in place for the section of Lago Mar South of Nimmo Parkway.
The affected property owners for the Lago-Mar @ Back Bay neighborhood to “Share the Road with Golf Carts” are:

Nimmo Parkway Extension Meeting
On Tuesday, January 15, your Lago Mar Civic League, will be hosting a meeting at Red Mill Elementary School at 6:30 p.m.
At our meeting, City of Virginia Beach Public Works Engineering Department will be presenting information to keep us up to date and to hear any concerns from the general public on the status of the Nimmo Parkway Extension, particularly as it pertains to and impacts Lago Mar and nearby neighborhoods.
This is your opportunity to ask questions and understand the process. Please plan to attend and invite your friends and neighbors!
